Each child or adult with a paid ticket will receive a special gift. Information regarding Early Years sessions are tailored for families with children under five, and SEN sessions cater to individuals and families with complex needs and disabilities, with limited availability for both.
Please arrive punctually, as guests will enjoy their Santa visit and sleigh ride within the reserved 30-minute time slot. The Coventry Transport Museum closes at 5 o’clock, so plan accordingly. Sleigh ticket holders with slots starting at 4.30 p.m. are encouraged to explore the museum before entering the sleigh area.
Note that adult sleigh riders do not receive gifts. Admission is free with a paid visit for children under 1 who do not require a gift. Additional tickets are required for babies under one who wish to receive a gift. Ticket holders enjoy a 10% discount in both the shop and café. If you bring extra adults without additional kids, each adult requires a £13 ticket.

Additionally, we offer the Vintage Sleigh Ride Experience for Schools: Embark on a journey through a mystical winter wonderland and picturesque scenes aboard a charming vintage sleigh, led by two dependable reindeer in Coventry. Pay a visit to Santa in his joyful grotto, express your Christmas desires, and collect a personalized present from a North Pole elf.
School groups of up to thirty students can reserve a thirty-minute slot, followed by smaller group entries into the ride experience and Santa’s presence. Groups are welcome to explore Coventry Transport Museum and partake in our Christmas cars trail, all included in the sleigh ride booking price, either before or after their Santa visit.
