Embark on a magical journey aboard the Christmas Train, traversing the enchanting Heart of England site! Glide beneath sparkling lights and through idyllic woods on your way to Santa’s Workshop. Experience the holiday season in all its splendor as our Head Elf guides you through a festive tour. Immerse yourself in the joyful ambiance of our marquee lounge, where an array of games and activities await participants of all ages. Don’t miss the chance to visit our North Pole post office, where you can pen a heartfelt letter to Santa himself. Unleash your creativity alongside Santa’s Elves as you craft magical reindeer food.
Be sure to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled time slot. After your memorable trip, you can return to the Marquee to continue the festive celebration—unless you’re on the last booked time slot of the day. In that case, arrive 1 hour before your scheduled time, as re-entry to the Marquee after meeting Santa may not be possible.
Step into a realm of wonder as you reach the captivating Santa’s Grotto. Arrive 30 minutes before your designated time slot and venture into our marquee departure lounge. Keep an eye out for mischievous Elves, who add a playful touch to the atmosphere!
